A manufacturing service provider in Granite City is seeking a skilled individual to set up and operate various machinery including lathes and milling machines. The ideal candidate should have mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints. Target pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and skills. Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a similar role or completion of Vo Tech/Tech School training.
• Willingness to train motivated individuals.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate lathes/milling machines.
• Familiar with 3 & 4 jaw chucks.
• Read blueprints and create simple drawings.
• Machine multiple types of materials like bronze, steel, and aluminum.
