Responsibilities

• Set up and run manual mills and lathes from blueprints.
• Select tooling, establish offsets, and build workholding strategies.
• Verify tolerances with micrometers, indicators, and gauges.
• Review finished parts and adjust to achieve first-article success.
• Diagnose dimensional and tooling issues as they arise.
• Record quantities, time, and material use in the ERP system.
• Keep the work area safe, organized, and efficient.
