Qualifications

• Technical degree or certificate a plus.
• Strong knowledge of plastic processing and troubleshooting.
• Basic math, electrical, and computer skills.
• Read, use and interpret measuring devices, gauges and inspection tools.
• Forklift training can be completed on the job.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on shop equipment.
• Read and interpret electronic schematics and identify components for projects.
• Perform insert changeovers for production.
• Inspect equipment for defects and plan downtime prevention.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized shop environment.
• Operate electronic/electromechanical equipment and lead maintenance planning.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
