The ideal candidate will read blueprints, handle forklift operations, and sustain a clean, safe shop while supporting efficient tooling operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• Able to read blueprints accurately.
• Able to climb on/off a forklift safely and operate forklift in busy, tight spaces.
• Capable of standing 7.5 hours in an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble injection and blow molds.
• Operate manual or CNC machines.
• Use precision measuring tools to record dimensions.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety.
• Respond to facility issues and assist with continuous improvement.
