Job summary

Amcor is seeking a hands-on Tooling Operator in Evansville, IN to assemble injection and blow molds, run manual and CNC equipment, and verify parts with precision measuring tools.

You will maintain a safe, orderly shop, follow safety procedures, and participate in continuous improvement efforts to keep tooling operations efficient and compliant. The role requires reading blueprints and standing most of the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints accurately.
• Able to push/pull loads up to 75 lbs multiple times per shift.
• Able to stand for most of an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble injection and blow molds and inspect components for tolerances.
• Operate manual or CNC machines as assigned.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
