Job summary

PABCO Gypsum, a division of PABCO Building Products LLC, is seeking an Industrial Machinist/Mechanic at our Las Vegas location. You will interpret engineering drawings, set up and operate manual machine tools to produce precision parts and perform in-process inspections.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience, with strong safety adherence and maintenance responsibilities. Competitive benefits and on-the-job training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Regular attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate machinery parts using a lathe.
• Perform daily plant inspections and review the daily work log.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose needed repairs.
• Repair all equipment and machinery assigned in a timely and safe manner.
• Clean and lubricate parts, equipment and/or machinery.
