Job summary

You will monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, document production output, support lean initiatives, and collaborate with engineering to drive continuous improvement in a safety‑driven, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience operating advanced machinery.
• Strong communication in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate and maintain EDM Wire, CNC Mill, Lathe or similar equipment.
• Perform setups including cleaning, calibration, and adjustments to start cycles.
• Handle cleaning, tumbling, slicing/TS23 operations as assigned.
• Monitor operations and adjust settings for optimal performance.
• Conduct precision inspections with gauges and tools for part conformity.
• Record production output and document defects or flaws.
