Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• AA degree in Mechanical Technology or equivalent training.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant manual and CNC machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan operational sequences, select tooling, speeds, feeds for setups.
• Position and secure work to avoid distortion and ensure tolerances.
• Grind or adjust tooling for material variations and cutting conditions.
• Maintain and clean machines; change tools as required.
• Notify supervisor of supply needs and technical issues.
