Qualifications

• Completion of basic machine operation skills or equivalent training.
• Ability to perform basic adjustments and operate manufacturing machinery.
• Willingness to document processes and maintain required records.

Responsibilities

• Perform operations within a continuous flow-manufacturing cell.
• Run machines and test equipment including burr, washing, etching, and gauging tools.
• Assist in fixture development, program readouts, and setup as needed.
• Operate safely and meet quality and production standards.
• Maintain equipment and tools in clean condition.
• Complete documentation necessary to duties of the job classification.
• Perform other duties inherent to the job classification.
• Communicate any issues promptly to relevant personnel.
• Record keeping as required.
• Collaborate with other payrolls, functions and shifts to solve problems promptly.
• Capable of working unsupervised in area.
