Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co., a leading manufacturer of fire sprinkler systems, is seeking a Machinist in Liberty, SC. The role focuses on designing and producing machine parts, setting up and operating machine tools, and repairing tools and fixtures to meet specifications.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, planning operations, heat treating, tooling layout, and ensuring part dimensions meet tolerances. A safety-conscious, detail-driven team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in CNC Machining or related field.
• 2+ years' experience as a Machinist.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, blueprints, and models to determine material required.
• Set up and operate milling machines, shapers, and grinders to machine parts.
• Heat treat parts as required and inspect dimensions and tolerances.
• Layout stock and prepare tooling; verify conformance to specifications.
• Promote a safe workplace and report unsafe conditions.
• Performs other duties as directed.
