Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, GD&T, assembly drawings, process documentation, and BOMs.
• 1–2 years of related machining/assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses, and finishing equipment.
• Fit, align, assemble, and adjust high-precision spindle assemblies and subassemblies.
• Measure components with micrometers, calipers, and gauges; verify tolerances.
• Assemble parts to micron-level tolerances and document results.
• Analyze data and adjust processes to meet performance specs.
• Maintain production records and inspection data.
