Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Machinist Level 1 to operate and maintain machining equipment, producing precision parts per engineering drawings at our Muncie, IN facility on the 2nd shift. You will work with the production team to ensure quality and safe, efficient workflow.

You will report to a Supervisor and contribute to process improvements while adhering to safety and quality standards. A minimum of 1 year machining experience is required, with basic measurement tools knowledge and

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year experience operating machining equipment and understanding machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with quality control techniques and measurement tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and strict adherence to safety procedures.

Mansioni

• Operate lathes, mills, and grinders to produce parts per drawings and specs.
• Perform routine inspections/measurements to ensure quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report safety issues.
