Mcnally-Industries, LLC seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to turn contract and TDP requirements into scalable production methods and CNC programs for complex parts.

You will optimize tooling and fixturing, lead continuous improvement across cells, and coach team members while ensuring compliance with government contracting requirements. This salaried role offers a 9/80 schedule and strong benefits.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience); typically 5–7+ years in CNC manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of machining processes, methods, and tooling technology.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM; comfortable programming complex features.
• Hands-on shop experience, including setups and troubleshooting.
• Background in aerospace and/or DoD manufacturing preferred.
• MS Office proficiency for reports, analysis, and collaboration.
• Quality systems fluency: ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Awareness of government contracting requirements.
• Strong team orientation and communication skills.
