A manufacturing company in Goose Creek, SC seeks a Manufacturing Machine Operator to operate and maintain various machine tools. Candidates should have 5 years of related experience and a High School diploma or GED. Responsibilities include setting up machines, performing maintenance, and assuring quality control. The position is contract-based, offering $20.66-$27.31 hourly with a shift from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 6 AM to 2:30 PM on Friday. US citizenship is required.

Formación

• 5 years of related experience is required.
• Experience with machine tools such as lathes, power mills, and drills is preferred.
• Ability to operate numerically controlled machines is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate various types of machine tools and equipment.
• Set up and adjust machining machines as needed.
• Check work for quality using gauges and fixtures.

Conocimientos

Operating light-duty bench or floor-type machine tools

Adjusting and performing maintenance on machines

Monitoring and verifying quality

Educación
