RBC Bearings is seeking a Machining Cell Setup Operator for the Grind Cell in Fairfield, CT. The role involves setting up and operating CNC and manual machining centers, grinding and honing operations, and ensuring production and quality targets are met.

You will be responsible for selecting tooling, adjusting speeds and feeds, and maintaining precise measurement using micrometers, verniers, and gauges while keeping the work area safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC and manual machining centers.
• Ability to set tooling, speeds, and feeds for multiple machines.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools (micrometers, verniers, indicators).

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate multiple CNC and manual machining centers, grinding and honing equipment.
• Maintain production records and ensure quality at each step.
• Train new employees and assist others in the department.
