Job summary

Plastic Ingenuity is seeking a Machine Technician to set up and repair production equipment in a climate-controlled environment. The role includes operating machines consistently and maintaining quality parts for our packaging products.

The Trainee or Machine Tech 1 will receive ongoing training, work to meet customer quality expectations, and support continuous improvement with hands-on learning and collaboration with the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring that the output of our process is a quality part
• Review part quality with Inspector Packer's to learn if part is within acceptable standards
• Adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure parts are within acceptable standards
• Receive ongoing training in machine set up and operation
• Perform duties of inspector packer when required
