Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 1+ years of setup technician or machine setup experience.
• Process control or production equipment experience.
• Mechanical, maintenance, or industrial troubleshooting background.

Responsibilities

• Set up and start converting equipment to support daily production schedules.
• Prepare machines with the appropriate film, materials, and components for production.
• Perform quality checks to verify machine setup and product specs.
• Operate production equipment when setup activities are complete and machines run efficiently.
• Identify and resolve basic machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and address operational concerns; partner with maintenance for advanced repairs.
