Job summary

Freudenberg Performance Materials LP (USA) in Asheville, NC is seeking an Operator to support our manufacturing team. You will prepare machines, load materials, enter data, and adjust inputs to sustain product quality while monitoring process variables.

Responsibilities include recording product types, temperatures, speeds and counts; performing quality checks on samples; and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or technical training is required.
• Fork Truck certification must be obtained and maintained.
• Willingness and ability to work swing shifts.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for operation, load materials, enter data into machine controls, and adjust inputs to maintain quality.
• Monitor and record product/material types, temperatures, speeds, pressures, quantities, and quality checks.
• Perform quality checks including sampling, weighing, measuring, and visual evaluation of products.
• Maintain housekeeping and perform duties directed by supervisor or management.
