Qualifications

• Must be safety-minded and able to work as part of a team.
• Enrollment in a registered apprenticeship program during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and shutdown of the machine.
• Scrap management for remnants.
• Material inspection to confirm quality specifications.
• Calibrate measuring equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure finished goods meet size, material, and surface finish requirements.
• Uphold safety standards and use PPE as trained.
