Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and basic math (algebra/geometry).
• Ability to stand long shifts and lift 15–80 lb.
• Experience with ERP systems or Microsoft Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery.
• Install and adjust dies, materials, and tooling.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products using cranes or forklifts.
• Conduct dimensional inspections with micrometers and calipers.
• Document production logs and maintain safety standards; perform routine maintenance.
