Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is desired.
• Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints when required by operation.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure guard and safety equipment have been installed and properly checked.
• Follow work procedures as set forth by ISO documentation.
• Safely operate machine assigned by line lead, team leader, supervisor, or manager.
• Read and interpret blueprints when required by operation.
• Maintain quality standards on all products.
• Check parts dimensionally with calipers and measuring tools to maintain tolerances.
• Communicate clearly with co-workers, line lead, team leader, supervisor, and manager.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, and OSHAS 18001 certifications.
• Requires regular attendance per the schedule assigned by supervisor.
