Job summary

Addev Materials Converting Inc. is seeking Machine Operators to set up and operate converting equipment for adhesives, tapes, foams, and films. You will read work orders, follow drawings and customer specs, and perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.

Training is provided; strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential. Ideal candidates will read instructions, measure precisely with rulers and calipers, and work safely in a fast-paced environment while

Qualifications

• Reading work instructions and production documents in English.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Ability to read a standard ruler and use calipers or similar measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate converting equipment, including slitters and die cutters.
• Set up machines according to work orders and production requirements.
• Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, drawings, and customer specifications.
• Use measuring tools to verify product dimensions and quality.
• Perform quality checks throughout production to meet customer requirements.
• Make minor machine adjustments and identify improper operation.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
