• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with machining techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to use machining equipment, hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and testing equipment effectively.
• Ability to produce parts meeting quality standards.
• Flexible in adapting to new processes and production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate basic production machinery following instructions.
• Perform repetitive loading/unloading, attach components, and operate hand tools.
• Conduct basic equipment checks to ensure tools are operational.
• Follow step-by-step machine setup and operation procedures.
• Perform routine quality inspections using basic measurement tools.
• Identify and segregate defective parts for supervisor review.
• Maintain accurate production counts and defect reports.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE.
• Collaborate with team, engineers and quality control to improve processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support cross-training and overtime as needed.
• Report issues in writing and communicate updates clearly.
