Torrey Holistics is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator / Parts Catcher in Elgin, IL. You will operate and monitor production machinery, catching and inspecting parts to ensure quality while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to learn new processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior machine operation experience is preferred, and ongoing maintenance tasks will be part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery operation is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
