Job summary

nVent is seeking candidates for a manufacturing position in San Diego, CA. As a Machine Operator I, you will perform various tasks including using precision measuring instruments, ensuring product quality, and participating in Lean activities.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with up to 6 months of manufacturing experience. The position offers a pay range of $21.50 - $29.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to read & write (High School or equivalent) needed to comply with written instructions.
• Up to 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Must be a 'US Person' as defined by ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work in accordance with Standard Work outline.
• Utilize calibrated precision measuring instruments.
• Participate in Lean activities/trainings.
• Inform the Team Leader of any production issues.
• Perform operator maintenance on tools & equipment.
