AAON is hiring a Machine Operator I in Redmond, Oregon to load production files and prepare machines for operation. You will assist in setup, monitor performance, and document data while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities include replenishing materials, collaborating with team members to meet targets, and following PPE protocols. This role offers a robust benefits package and a pay range of $17.28–$25.91 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina and attention to detail for repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive motion.
• Fine motor skills and visual acuity for inspecting components.
• Able to operate a computer, mouse, and basic input devices.
• Respond to visual and auditory machine indicators.

Responsibilities

• Load production files and prepare machines for operation.
• Assist in setting up and adjusting equipment for daily production runs.
• Monitor machine performance and report issues to supervisors.
• Perform basic visual inspections to ensure product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
