Qualifications

• This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling and repetitive motion throughout the shift.
• Fine motor skills and visual acuity for inspecting components and operating machinery.
• Ability to operate a computer, mouse, and basic input devices.

Responsibilities

• Load production files and prepare machines for operation according to instructions.
• Assist in setting up and adjusting equipment for daily production runs.
• Monitor machine performance and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
• Replenish materials and consumables for machine operation.
• Document basic production data and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Work collaboratively with other operators and team members to meet production targets.
