Job summary

Maxcess International in Wisconsin is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC boring and turning lathes, read blueprints, verify tolerances, and finish parts to precise specs. You will work on a first shift, with occasional Friday overtime and a competitive hourly pay of $23.00/hr, with comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing instruction.
Basic math skills and understanding of tolerances.
Good verbal communication skills for clear interaction with team members and supervisors.
Safety minded and disciplined to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment and assemble per manufacturing job work orders.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering specifications.
Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, etc.).
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Ability to operate a hoist to move rollers to each operation.
