Job summary

Nylon Corporation of America, Inc (NYCOA) is looking for a highly motivated Machine Operator to join their team in Manchester, NH. In this role, you will operate machinery and monitor the visual quality of products. The position offers a starting wage of $22.52 per hour, increasing to $26.34 after training, with additional night shift differentials.

You’ll work full-time with rotating day and night shifts, and enjoy an excellent benefits package after 90 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Technical school and/or prior work experience in manufacturing or directly related field strongly preferred.
• Able to lift 55 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Segregate/rework nonconforming products based on QC input.
• Record all required related data accurately and on time.
• Execute written instructions and procedures from logbooks and manufacturing orders.

Skills

Basic math and computer skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Able to operate a motorized forklift

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Technical school or prior work experience in manufacturing
