Qualifications

• Prior machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong organizational skills.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to follow verbal directions accurately.
• Proficiency in gathering, recording, and reporting operational and quality metrics, either manually or through automated systems.
• Physical ability to lift 10 - 25 lbs frequently and 25 - 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Follow all safety procedures and requirements to maintain a safe work environment.
• Adhere to product constructions, including materials, machinery setup, and machine operation.
• Maintain a clean work area and comply with 5S standards to ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) on production machinery and troubleshoot as needed.
