Job summary

Kalwall Enterprises Inc. in Bow, NH is hiring a Machine Operator to operate, clean and monitor automated equipment for producing TBI beam components. The role requires mechanical aptitude, ability to read instructions and maintain production logs.

Shift is 1st, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential startup and maintenance tasks and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–4 years of machine operation experience, and may hold

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 2-4 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience.
• Forklift and Raymond certification preferred; ability to read specs.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated machinery and adjust process parameters for accurate parts.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance.
• Inspect finished products and catch defective parts early.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and maintain production logs.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure performance.
• Cross-train on machine operation and related duties.
