Job summary

Kalwall Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for our Bow, NH facility. You will operate automated machinery, assist with setup, monitor resin thickness, and ensure quality on a 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM).

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in manufacturing, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to read technical drawings, use calipers, and follow lean principles while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certification preferred.
• 2–4 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience is expected.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Ability to read calipers and other measurement tools to spec.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust automated machinery to produce accurate parts per specs.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance.
• Inspect products for quality and identify defects early.
• Document production logs and coordinate with maintenance and QA teams.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
