Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Machine Operator for the 1st shift in South Milwaukee, WI. The role pays $22.50 per hour and runs 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. Responsibilities include maintaining tolerances, inspections, and production standards across multiple manual machining cells.

Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience. Benefits include health coverage, holidays, paid time off, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum six (6) months of previous manufacturing, military, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tolerances, inspection, and production standards.
• Meet or exceed quality and quantity standards.
• Operate multiple machines in manual machining work centers.
• Proficient use of micrometers, calipers, indicators, and various other measuring instruments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned and follow general housekeeping (5S+) standard and autonomous maintenance tasks.
