Job summary

Sinto America Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts at our Greenville, SC facility. The role involves reading and following written procedures, verifying tool readiness, and inspecting finished parts for quality.

You’ll use surface analysis and measurement tools, document issues, and maintain a clean work area while meeting production targets. Ideal candidates have two years of manufacturing experience, can work 40 hours plus overtime, and are capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
• Must be able to occasionally list and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and perform work to written procedures.
• Check for tooling adequacy and verify setup on qualified jobs.
• Inspect parts after processing for peen coverage and quality; read operation sheets/drawings.
• Use approved materials and tooling to clean residues after processing.
• Measure part surface finish and document defects or non-conformances.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow National Peening quality procedures.
• Be flexible with schedule and demonstrate good attendance and teamwork.
