Cardinal Staffing is seeking dependable Packers to join a manufacturing team in Ohio on the day shift. You will fill finished liquid products into containers per customer specs and prepare items for shipment, weighing and measuring with scales, and following batch cards and recipes.

PPE required; physical lifting up to 55 lb; strong attendance and reliability are essential. As a staffing partner to manufacturers, Cardinal Staffing emphasizes safe, accurate production and timely placement.

Qualifications

• Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds as needed.
• Dependable and punctual attendance.
• Must pass a pre employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Fill finished product into containers according to work instructions and customer specifications.
• Accurately use scales to weigh and measure product.
• Read and follow batch cards, recipes, and production instructions.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy and product quality.
• Wear required personal protective equipment, including safety boots or shoes.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.
