Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent hands-on machining experience.
• Experience in shop/manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to read simple drawings or instructions (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and CNC lathes to manufacture precision parts.
• Read engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T and work instructions.
• Select and install cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, and workholding.
• Perform machine setups, tool offsets, and adjustments.
• Measure and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges.
• Maintain clean, safe workstations and report defects or safety concerns.
