Allied Printing in Manchester, CT, is seeking a Large Format Finishing Operator to join our family-run print team. You will operate finishing equipment to produce high-quality signage, graphics, and displays. The role emphasizes precision, efficiency, and timely delivery in a busy print facility.

You will handle laminating, sewing, grommets, and packaging while reading production tickets, recording data, and maintaining color accuracy. Growth opportunities exist in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in large format printing and finishing
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets
• Strong attention to color accuracy and quality
• Basic computer/data entry for production logs
• Willingness to grow in a fast-paced shop

Responsibilities

• Support sign making and finishing graphics for display and branding
• Record time and materials in shop floor data system
• Operate CNC cutting and routing on large Format graphics
• Laminate, cut, trim and package printed materials
• Sew and grommet vinyl banners per specs
• Inspect prints for defects and adjust as needed
• Work with substrates including vinyl and rigid materials
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work area
• Minimize waste and optimize setup and material use
• Communicate production issues to supervisors and team
