Job summary

Allied Printing Services is seeking a skilled Large Format Print Operator to join our Manchester, CT team. You'll operate flatbed and roll-to-roll UV inkjet printers to produce high-quality graphics, signage, and displays, while maintaining accuracy and color consistency.

Qualifications

• Operate flatbed and roll-to-roll large format UV printers to produce graphics, signage and displays.
• Record production time, materials and job details in the data system.
• Inspect output for color accuracy and defects; adjust as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on large format printing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or print-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Read and follow detailed job tickets and production instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed and roll-to-roll large format UV inkjet printers to produce high-quality graphics, signage, and materials.
• Accurately record production time, materials, and job details in the data system.
• Laminate, trim, cut, and package printed materials according to production requirements.
• Inspect printed output for color accuracy, defects, and overall quality, making adjustments as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on large format printing equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or print-related issues to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to support efficient workflow.
• Communicate production updates, issues, or material needs with supervisors and team members.
