Job summary

Cross Resource Group is seeking two Labeling Line Operators for a stable food manufacturing operation in Ripon, WI. You will run the labeling equipment, verify labels, perform adjustments, and help maintain line flow.

This onsite, full-time role offers first-shift hours with rotating harvest schedule, opportunities for advancement, and requires strong attendance and basic troubleshooting ability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the labeling machine.
• Verify that the correct label is accurately applied to each container.
• Supply the tray former with tray blanks.
• Maintain appropriate glue levels in the labeler and tray-former glue pots.
• Perform trained adjustments, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
• Box, label, stack, and pull labels when required.
• Complete production and work records accurately.
• Follow GMP, food-safety, sanitation, and plant-safety requirements.
• Support related production and warehouse activities.
