Labeling Line Operator

Seneca Foods in Ripon, WI is currently seeking a Labeling Line Operator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors the label machine.
• Ensure proper labeling of container.
• Keeps tray former filled with tray blanks and monitors the usage.
• Keeps glue pots in labeler and tray former filled with appropriate glues.
• Minor repairs, lubrication, cleaning, and adjustment of label machine.
• Boxes, labels, stacks, and pulls labels when needed. Assists in keeping the label lines running as needed.
• Ensure that GMP's (General manufacturing Practices), safety rules and regulations are being followed and enforced.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Have good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and write the English language.
• Have basic mathematical skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment.
