Innvoke - Print and Marketing Solutions is seeking a Label Slitter Operator to join our finishing department. You will operate slitting and rewinding machinery to convert large master rolls of printed labels into finished, customer-ready rolls, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have two years of experience in label and print environments, a detective-like eye for detail, and comfort handling precise measurements.

Qualifications

• Experience: Two years in label and print/bindery environment preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and accuracy.
• Comfort with measurements (fractions/decimals) and manual adjustments.
• Thrives in a fast-paced setting with ownership of your role.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate slitter/rewinder machines per job specs, producing up to 50,000 feet daily.
• Position and adjust blades to ensure exact widths and clean cuts.
• Inspect labels during rewinding to remove defects and ensure 100% accuracy.
• Monitor speed, tension, and alignment to prevent wrinkles or misalignment.
• Load/unload rolls up to 25 lbs, box finished products, and log production data.
• Maintain a clean workspace and perform basic preventative maintenance.
