Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lab personnel to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Perform analyses and tests on in-process and finished samples.
• Prepare samples per customer requirements and retain procedures.
• Release products that meet testing specs.
• Follow safety guidelines and dispose of lab waste properly.
• Log shift data in the production unit log at shift end.
• Calibrate scales and instrument accuracy during shifts.
• Conduct instrument qualifications and routine clean-outs.
• Perform water treatment plant duties as needed.
• Prepare reagent standards and calibrate lab equipment.
• Maintain sample retain lockers and lab organization.
• Keep a clean lab and manage consumables inventory.
• Adhere to safety rules and SOPs at all times.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
