Volumetric Building Companies is seeking a Kitting & Cutting Specialist in Berwick, PA. You will prepare materials, cut to spec, and assemble kits to support modular unit production. You will read blueprints, measure accurately, and ensure quality in every kit released to the line.

The role emphasizes organized workflow, adherence to BOMs, and collaboration with production and inventory teams to minimize downtime and errors on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and cutting lists to determine material requirements.
• Measure, mark, and cut materials to precise dimensions using hand tools and power tools.
• Maintain quality by inspecting cut materials for defects and discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize components into complete kits based on BOM or pick lists.
