Job summary

Leading Technology Composites, Inc. in Wichita, KS is seeking a Kit Cut Technician for the 3rd shift. The role focuses on cutting and preparing materials for production, ensuring accuracy and quality. Shift Hours: Sunday-Thursday 11:30PM - 7AM, on-site at Wichita facility.

You will read work orders and blueprints, operate cutting equipment, inspect finished products, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while communicating with teammates and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Experience operating cutting machines and other equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
