Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an Inventory Control & Warehouse Operations Specialist to maintain accurate inventory, operate forklifts, and ensure SQF compliance in a fast-paced facility for coffee, tea, and equipment products.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound scheduling, load/unload, cycle counts, and data integrity in the WMS and JDE. Practical problem solving, teamwork, and a safety-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in factory, warehouse, inventory, or related areas preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass DOT physical.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, ship, and perform sanitation tasks in alignment with SQF policies.
• Operate forklifts and other MHE to load/unload trucks and maximize storage utilization.
• Protect inventory accuracy through process checks, system audits, and complete documentation.
• Research and correct overages/shortages from distribution center or vendors.
• Analyze system transactions and investigate inventory data entry for accuracy in JDE.
• Conduct full physical inventories and weekly cycle counts to maintain stock control.
