Torrey Holistics is seeking an Inventory Control & Warehouse Operations Specialist to maintain accurate inventory, operate forklifts, and ensure SQF compliance in a fast-paced facility for coffee, tea, and equipment products.

Inventory Control & Warehouse Operations Specialist
Step into a role where precision, pace, and pride in a clean, safe facility all come together. As our Inventory Control & Warehouse Operations Specialist, you’ll keep products moving for our coffee, tea, allied items, and equipment business while upholding SQF standards every step of the way.
You start by reviewing inbound and outbound schedules, preparing the dock and storage locations for efficient put-away and picking. Using forklifts and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE), you load and unload trucks with care, optimizing space so finished goods and equipment inventories are easy to store and retrieve. Throughout the shift, you validate orders, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies in our Warehouse Management System (WMS). When a count doesn’t match, you dive into JDE transactions, investigate entries, and make corrections to keep the data right. You partner closely with the warehouse supervisor to maintain inventory security and ensure sanitation routines keep the facility clean and compliant. On occasion, you lend a hand to the local sales team—covering a route and driving a sprinter van or box truck to meet customer needs. Safety is the constant backdrop to everything you do.
