Job summary

The successful candidate has at least 5 years in warehouse receiving, strong math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in warehouse receiving or a related position.
• Strong understanding of warehouse receiving processes and inventory procedures.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, count errors and damaged goods; work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify product quantities, measurements, and documentation against purchase orders or receiving records.
• Identify and document broken, damaged, or defective goods.
• Investigate and resolve count discrepancies and receiving errors.
• Record inventory and receiving information in the systems.
• Organize and maintain inventory for accurate storage and identification.
• Collaborate with warehouse and internal teams to resolve receiving issues.
• Perform calculations related to inventory, measurements, and shipments.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with problem-solving related to discrepancies and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient receiving area.
