Job summary

Teledyne FLIR Defense seeks a detail-oriented Material Handler / Inventory Specialist to support manufacturing and engineering operations. You will receive, label, stock, and transport materials to keep projects moving efficiently.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting shipping/receiving, and working across teams in a fast-paced environment. US citizenship is required; export control license eligibility may apply.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required.
1+ years in manufacturing/warehouse/inventory/logistics preferred.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Strong organizational and teamwork skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and components.
Label, package, and prepare materials for storage or production use.
Stock, issue, and kit materials to support production and engineering activities.
Support shipping and receiving operations, including documentation and transaction processing.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory control activities.
Coordinate freight shipments and assist with logistics activities.
Ensure materials are properly stored, identified, and handled according to procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
