Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows is seeking a Precision Inspector to ensure high-performance components meet exacting standards in aerospace, medical and defense sectors. You will read drawings, apply GD&T, set up complex inspections, operate CMMs, and partner with engineering on inspection techniques.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at our Sharon, MA facility.

• Maintain required Operator Authorization(s).
• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and specs.
• Set up and perform complex precision inspections.
• Apply GD&T (ANSI Y14.5) to confirm accuracy.
• Partner with engineering to develop inspection techniques.
• Conduct first piece and first article inspections (AS9102).
• Help identify root causes and support process improvement.
• Operate CMMs and other precision inspection tools.
• Manage customer source inspection visits and documentation.

What You’ll Do

Hourly Rate Range: $29-32/ hour. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications
