Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Process Technician for the 3rd shift in injection molding. You will support production and engineering, install molds, set up and optimize molding processes, and troubleshoot quality issues.

You’ll maintain records, interpret measurement data, and participate in quality control and qualifications. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a medium-volume molding environment, strong problem-solving and PC skills, and knowledge of injection molding equipment and materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years in a medium-volume injection molding environment.
• Experience installing molds and adjusting processes to resolve quality issues.
• Ability to interpret plastic part measurement data.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and PC skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Support production and engineering projects as directed by Engineers and Supervisors
• Install and remove molds in injection molding machines
• Set up, adjust, and optimize molding processes to maintain product quality
• Troubleshoot quality issues and perform material or process changes as needed
• Maintain accurate records of mold processing and change activities
• Interpret plastic part measurement data and communicate results to the team
• Follow established quality control systems for molded parts
• Assist with equipment maintenance and product/process qualifications
• Additional duties and/or overtime may be required
